PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training support technology enabling efficient improvement of the work efficiency of a work group for every different work content. SOLUTION: The training support method for supporting training of a plurality of trainees with a computer, includes a step to input the attribute data of each trainee, a step to input the skill basic data of each trainee for each of the plurality of training items, a step to evaluate the skill of each trainee for each training item, a step to specify object work, a step to select a training item corresponding to the work item required by the object work, a step to determine one group by extracting a plurality of trainees whose skill level of the selected training item is over a first prescribed value, and a step to extract, as a priority training item, a training item whose required skill level is under a second prescribed value which is higher than the first prescribed value for each of the extracted trainees. |
