PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupon issuing system and a method therefor which allows convenience for user and collector of utilization records by the facility side to coexist when issuing a coupon to the user. SOLUTION: The coupon issuing system has a user database, a facility database, a coupon database, a user reception means for receiving and registering the registration of an e-mail address, a retrieval means for receiving a retrieval condition, retrieving the facility database based on the retrieval condition and transmitting the result to a user terminal, a URL preparation means for receiving a designated facility and the issuing request of the coupon of the facility, preparing a URL for registering the coupon of the facility and registering the coupon to the prepared URL, an e-mail means for preparing an e-mail in which the URL is written or attached and transmitting it to the e-mail address, and a coupon display means for extracting and transmitting the coupon when the URL is accessed. |
