PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance management system for a building which can perform the maintenance management of the building with high quality for a long period according to the life stage of a resident. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a storage device, an arithmetic processor, an input device, and an output device. The storage device has a maintenance information database in which maintenance information on construction members and facility equipment used for the building is registered and an item information database in which item information including specification information on individual buildings, design information, and resident information is registered and the arithmetic processor has a maintenance plan management part which generates maintenance plans for the individual buildings by extracting information corresponding to the construction members and facility equipment used for the individual buildings registered in the item information database, a re-formation plan management part which generates re-formation plans for the individual buildings according to the item information, and an output part which outputs the maintenance plans or re-formation plans to the output device. |
