IMAGE NETWORK SYSTEM, SUITABLE PREFERENTIAL CONTROL METHOD FOR USING THE SAME, PROGRAM, AND RECORDING MEDIUM WITH THE PROGRAM RECORDED THEREIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a live image communication and a storage image communication through the same network and to provide an image network system capable of controlling so as to preferentially setting a band of a live image communication to setting of a band of a storage image while a network resources content is suppressing. SOLUTION: The image network system comprises an acceptance deciding means 12 for deciding whether an acceptance is possible or not according to a communication type and acceptance switching time information. The system compares a starting time with the acceptance switching time, always sets the starting time after the acceptance switching time in the live image communication, and always sets the storage image communication at the starting time before the acceptance switching time. Thus, an application of the live image communication is always preferentially set from the storage image communication, and the band in the same network can be effectively utilized.
