PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for setting parameters efficiently and easily, and a motor drive realizing such a setting method. SOLUTION: The method for setting the parameters of a motor drive connected between a motor and a controller and driving the motor according to a command from the controller comprises a step for executing auto-tuning of parameters related to auto-tuning, a step for displaying the values of each parameter before and after executing auto-tuning, and a step for making a transition to a mode where the values of parameters under display can be altered manually in response to a specified key operation. |
