PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching power supply which can control generation of noise and does not allow external noise to pass. SOLUTION: This switching power supply is provided with a primary coil 3 and a switching circuit 5 in its primary circuit 1, and a secondary coil 2 in its secondary circuit 2 to transform a voltage between these primary circuit 1 and secondary circuit 2. An electrode members 11 are allocated to be opposed with each other at the external or internal surface of the secondary coil 4, and moreover the electrode members 11 and the primary circuit 1 are connected with a connection wire 13.
