PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system that can reduce failure in connection of data communication, and to provide a wireless base station and a wireless slave machine. SOLUTION: The wireless base station is provided with a means that discriminates whether or not channel assignment is possible by collating incoming information with a state of channels of a communication line when receiving identification information from a mobile communication network, a means for transmitting the incoming call signal denoting the arrival of the incoming call to the wireless slave device, and a means for transmitting a signal denoting a channel line channel assignment reject to the wireless slave device when receiving the signal of a communication line channel setup request from the wireless slave device receiving the incoming call signal and the channel assignment is discriminated to be negated.
