PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissipate heat generation in a capacitor element efficiently, at the same time, to cut off heat to the capacitor element from the outside appropriately, and to prevent the entry of water for improving the characteristics and life of a capacitor. SOLUTION: Terminal plates 3 and 4 for leading to the outside are formed in a shape for involving a capacitor element 2, and overlap sections 20 and 4A of the terminal plates 3 and 4 are joined by an adhesive 30 containing an electric insulating material. Additionally, internal terminal sections 3C and 4C of the terminal plates 3 and 4 are formed in a comb teeth shape by a plurality of terminal pieces 26 and 37 and bases 27 and 38, and one portion of metal sprayed electrodes 13 and 14 is covered with the bases 27 and 38.
