The integrated customer DB 60 is stored with monitor information on the customer obtained by an information monitoring means installed in the customer IT environment. The computer system detects abnormality in the customer environment with those state monitor data can calls the customer back to ask the situation. Abnormality information is mailed to a person n charge of sales and a person in charge of the development of equipment, etc. When the use quantity of the equipment exceeds a set threshold, object consumables are automatically ordered in emergency. The computer system is able to propose the best operation method for the system of the customer.</p>
