<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data input device capable of easily and surely identifying a specific blank form among a plurality of blank forms and calling various kinds of data filled in the specific blank form. SOLUTION: In the data input device 1 of which the blank form 3 is mounted on the tablet 17 and that inputs various kinds of data by detecting input coordinates of transcript data filled in the blank form 3 with a pen 16 by the tablet 17, when the transcript data is filled in the blank form 3 mounted on the tablet 17 with the pen 16, input coordinate information such as a character and a sign of a specific position included in the transcript data is acquired and the input coordinate information is used as information for identifying the blank form 3.</p> |
