摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxide magnetic material which can be baked at a low temperature of 900 deg.C or so, has tan&delta;&epsi;of 5&times;10<-4> or below in a microwave band, &Delta;H of 150 or below, and is suitably applied to a circulator, an isolator or the like. SOLUTION: Bi2 O3 , V2 O5 are added as low-temperature sintering auxiliaries to Ni-Zn-Cu spinel ferrite material so as to obtain an oxide magnetic material. That is, the oxide magnetic material contains 45 to 49 mol% Fe2 O3 , 3 to 8 mol% CuO, 24 to 26 mol% NiO, and 21 to 23 mol% ZnO as main components, furthermore the molar ratio NiO/Fe2 O3 is 0.526 to 0.530:1, the molar ratio ZnO/ Fe2 O3 is 0.452 to 0.470:1, and 0.10 to 0.33 wt.% Bi2 O3 and 0.10 to 0.20 wt.% V2 O5 are added as additives.
