SOLUTION: The lithium nickel cobalt manganese composite oxide is represented by the composition formula of Li[Ni1/3 Co1/3 Mn1/3 ]O2 in which the actual atomic ratio of nickel, cobalt, and manganese is 1:1:1, has high crystalline layered structure of a rhombohedral system, and the length of a C axis belonging as a hexagonal system is 14.15 Å or more.
