PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ID card issue system capable of saving labor for mailing an ID card and safely mailing the ID card. SOLUTION: The ID card issue system for preparing an ID card in which an IC chip is buried on the basis of application information in which at least the address and name of an applicant are written is constituted of an application information reading means 21 for reading out personal application information, a 1st printer 22 for printing out the personal information in an ID card, a storage means 23 for storing the personal information in an IC chip buries in the ID card, and a 2nd printer 24 for obtaining address information from the address and name read out from the means 21 and printing out the read data on the surface of an envelope 25 for enclosing the ID card 1. |
