PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program distribution system that can distribute programs to viewers, without damaging their values, due to advertisement and contribute to the enhancement of the advertisement audience rating by providing an incentive for viewing advertisement to the viewers. SOLUTION: When a viewer terminal 140 accesses a program distribution server 100 via a network 130, the server 100 transmits video and audio streaming to the terminal 140. The program distribution server 100 stores data of programs, and advertisements and distributes them. When a viewer views advertisements of a program sponsor in advance in one lot, the program distribution server 100 records it that prescribed contents are outputted on the viewer's terminal for a prescribed period and changes the output state of the program thereafter, when the condition is satisfied. For example, the viewer can view programs, without interruption by advertisements.
