SOLUTION: In the insurance contract acceptance decision system for deciding whether the insurance contact can be accepted or not, this system has a determination means 11c by articles for performing determining processing to decide whether the insurance contract can be accepted or not from the environmental factors of a contractor or person insured on the basis of the environmental information of the contractor or person insured and an insurance amount desired by the contractor and assessment means 11d-11f for performing assessing processing to decide whether the insurance contract can be accepted or not from the medical aspect of the person insured on the basis of the medical information of the person insured.
