PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject system by which persons can intently bringing up children without anxiety about old age by preparing for the future when the persons are still in active service, to load no burden on the children without depending on the children and further to fulfill the life by promising the bright and free old age. SOLUTION: The age to start a reserve is assumed to be an age of 20 or after, there is no interest for 20 years in principle during a period of reserve, and the amount of reserve is five millions yen for two persons of a couple in principle. When a main resident reaches the age of 65 or total age of the couple reaches the age of 125, the resident can occupy an apartment house. Therefore, the reserve from the end of the reserve to the occupation is deposited as it is as the period of deferment. Besides, the period of occupation is as long as a total of the period of reserve and the period of deferment. |
