PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a time sharing multiplex transmission system that can execute bandwidth allocation corresponding to data flowrate even to a pass that is subjected to multiplexing insertion, by a time sharing multiple apparatus or an insertion separation multiple conversion apparatus and strides a plurality of nodes, and can increase frame utilization efficiency in an entire network. SOLUTION: The time sharing multiplex transmission system has a net control apparatus 10 that collects data flowrate information including the flowrate of separation data from a high-speed line, where a frame to be subjected to time sharing multiplexing is transmitted to a low-speed line and the flowrate of insertion data from the low-speed line to high-speed one from a plurality of nodes for composing a network, and varies bandwidth to be allocated to each node or path based on the data flowrate information from the plurality of collected nodes.
