PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge a loss change width. SOLUTION: A resistor R1 is connected to an output terminal of a buffer amplifier 11. An output terminal OUT of a predistortion circuit 1 appears an output at the ratio of a differentiated resistance of an FET 12 to a sum of an internal resistance Rs of a signal source 2 and the resistor R1. Since the differentiated resistance increases, when an amplitude of an input increases, the loss change width of the predistortion circuit 1 can be enlarged by setting a value of the resistor R1.
