The invention relates to the installations for conversion of water flow energy into the mechanical energy, which may be used for the autonomous production of electric energy. The hydraulic motor consists of a drum with horizontal axle and blades. The blades are uniformly placed on the external surface of the drum with the possibility of rotation thereof onto the axle. In the drum rotation process the blades can occupy two positions - passive and active (operating). In the passive position the blades can fold themselves up (be shut). The change of blades from the passive position into the active one is carried out by means of the skate, acting upon the roller of the blades and gradually turns them on the inside or outside of the drum. The lateral sides of the drum are provided around the full edge with two plastico-elastic collars and the blades are provided with rolls and plastico-elastic collars. When one side of the drum with blades gets into the radial channel the plastico-elastic collars hermetically seals the channel and directs the water flow towards the active blades.The result consists in the efficient use of the kinetic water flow energy with reduced speed.Claims: 1Fig.: 6 |
