The instrument assembled of two swivel mounted branches (1, 2), one of them (2) extending into a shaft (4), is equipped with a sliding element (5) which can be moved along the shaft (4) by a bolt (8), protruding from a lateral recess in the sliding element (5) and engaging with a slot (7) located at the upper end of the first branch (1). When a stop (9), normally preventing the branches (1, 2) from being spread apart too far is rotated the sliding element (5) can be moved into a position for an easy removal in particular for a thorough cleaning. An unintentional removing of the sliding element (5) is avoided. |
