<p>The invention relates to immunisation by means of the local implantation of antigens which are irreversibly fixed to a bioadherent in such a way as to induce or stimulate an immune response in humans or animals. The inventive method consists in irreversibly fixing antigens to the support by means of covalent bonds and not adsorption. The antigens, which are permanently fixed to said support, retain their immunogenic character. In this way, dangerous or virulent molecules and organisms can be safely presented to the organism.</p> |
