Earthed with its second connector, a generator (E1) in a circuit structure links to a first input for an analog switch (X1) and generates matched voice signal noise to be inserted in a break in transmission as a bridging-over signal. The voice signal noise is an adapted tone signal in an audible range. A second input (E2) for the analog switch is used as a control input for the analog switch, which connects its output (P1) through by relying on a voltage level on the E2. An Independent claim is also included for a telecommunications facility for carrying out the method of the present invention.
