FIELD: medicine, traumatology. SUBSTANCE: method is carried out by directing two crossing Kirschner's needles through heel tuber. During realization one should use the device including the main ring with a cantilever for needle's fixation, repositioning ring with two cantilevers for needles' fixation, Kirschner's needles and those with flattening in their middle third part, moreover, both the main and repositioning rings are interfixed due to hinge-based unit. Fixation of two crossing Kirschner's needles directed through hell tuber is carried out upon repositioning ring. Kirschner's needle is directed through the caput of ankle bone to fix it at the main ring. Needle with flattening is directed above anterior process of heel bone pericostally from outside inwards under ankle bone cervix and fixed it to be curved downwards - medially towards the main ring and outwards at the cantilever. Needle with flattening is directed under the middle part of heel bone lying in projection of heel's posterior articular facet pericostally from inside outwards to fix it in curved position upwards to cantilevers. Reposition is conducted by tightening needles with flattening due to rotation of cantilevers and displacement of repositioning ring against the main one downwards. The innovation enables to restore both longitudinal and cross-sectional arcs of heel and prevent the development of post-traumatic complications. EFFECT: improved results of reposition. 2 dwg, 1 ex |
