SUBSTANCE: method involves producing fixed endometrial curettage preparations, determining the number of apoptotic cells and cells showing pathologic mitosis manifestations in percent to total number of gland epithelium cells, calculating metaphase- to-prophase ratio in gland epithelium nuclei. Apoptotic cell number making up 0.64%, pathologic mitosis number making up 0.68%, and metaphase-to-prophase ratio being equal to or greater than 0.48, gland cyst hyperplasia is considered to be the case.
