<p>A Full-juice beer and a method for make it are disclosed, where the said beer is obtained by nucleic acid and/or nucleotide is added into the second-fermenting liquor. The making method consists in fermenting in fermentation vessel, discharging the deposited yeast, second fermenting at low-temperature, filtering and filling, characterized by separating the waste yeast after the main fermentation, adding the resultant nucleic acid and/or nucleotide into the second-fermenting liquor, and second fermenting therewith. There are flavor enhancers such as GMP and UMP in the present beer, the person who consume it for a long period would have reduced fat. And, the present method need fewer materials, simpler equip than the current process.</p> |
