<p>A strapless boot spur system or assembly (12) having a base (14) attached to a boot or other footwear (10), the spur assembly or system (12) mating with the base (14) on the footwear (10). A preferred embodiment includes a base (14) that is threaded and built into the boot (10) and a knurled annular base (16) to assist in mounting the spur (12) to the base or retainer (14). The spur assembly (12) may also be attached by a mounting plate (36) and have a telescoping spur (34).</p> |
