Process and assembly to prepare a suspension of abrasive particles in liquid for demolition with pressure jet

A jet of water (1) bearing a charge of abrasive particles (9) is prepared in a pressurised vessel (10). The abrasive particles are first mixed with water in a tank (29) from which they are discharged under pressure fed to the vessel (10) which is then sealed and pressurised. Any residual liquid in the tank is then expelled. Also claimed is an assembly to generate a jet of suspended abrasive particles in a liquid.
