The adapter (1) has a u-shaped profile and is joined to the inner surface of the door (7) with one of its segments and to the handle (11) with the opposite segment. The new design of an adapter (1) is assembled of two parts (2, 3) with an L-shaped profile positioned beside each other with their short sections overlapping (4) and secured with bolts (5) in order to facilitate a limited deformation in case of an impact.
