The invention concerns a clockwork part movement comprising a frame (10, 12) and a finish clock train. Said movement includes two carriages, one (20) being mounted on the frame (10) and pivoting about an axis (A-A) perpendicular to the plane of the movement, the other (22) mounted in the first carriage (20), pivoting about an axis (B-B), which defines the envelope of a cone with its axis merging with the first axis (A-A).
