The side walls are made from platinum, platinum-iridium alloy, or platinum-ruthenium alloy. The dies are made from platinum or a platinum-rhodium alloy. Current connections arranged on the side of the side walls facing the inner chamber are made from platinum or a platinum-rhodium alloy. The base plate is made from a platinum-iridium alloy, a platinum-ruthenium alloy or a platinum-rhodium alloy. Preferred Features: A perforated plate completely covering an open cross-section of the base plate is arranged on the side of the bath lying opposite the base plate.
