A fabric or cord reinforcing layer(4) is rubberized on both faces(6a,6b) and sheets of an elastomer or rubber compound layer(8a,8b) cover both faces. A plastic layer(10) forming an anti-adhesion coating is applied to the outer face of the cover layer on the load carrying side. An Independent claim is also included for a process for manufacturing the conveyer belt in which prior to belt(2) vulcanization a polyethylene film(10) is formed on the carrying side unvulcanized cover plate(8a) and continuously or non-continuously vulcanized with the belt. Preferred Features: The anti-adhesion coating has similar extension to that of the load bearing layer(4), is 0.1-0.3mm thick and has a very smooth surface.
