PLANT FOR CONTINUOUS MANUFACTURE OF PLATES ON BASIS OF DOMESTIC AND INDUSTRIAL WASTE GLASS

FIELD: manufacture of decorative and facing plates on basis of domestic and industrial waste glass. SUBSTANCE: plant includes thermal hood mounted on framework and provided with electric thermal radiation sources, sectional molds, conveyers for horizontal loading and unloading molds with blanks and finished articles, mechanisms for vertical motion of hot and cold piles of molds with blanks. It is provided with movable heat-accumulating inserts with mechanisms for their motion. Said inserts are used for intensification of blank annealing process and using heat released from blanks for heating cold blanks. Proposed plant is also provided with ventilation system and sectional molds. EFFECT: increased productivity; reduced power requirements. 3 cl, 1 dwg
