METHOD FOR BLADE-ABRASIVE WORKING

FIELD: machine engineering, namely processes for combined blade and abrasive working of outer cylindrical surfaces of parts such as shafts. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of mounting one end of part in spindle of machine tool; rotating part and working it by means of turning portion of working head and radially moved abrasive portion of said head at simultaneously moving both portions in lengthwise direction; mounting other end of part in guiding sleeve; using as abrasive portion abrasive blocks mounted with possibility of lengthwise oscillation from mechanism of oscillatory motion in the form of drum with tapered end. Said mechanism is driven due to rotating part by means of wheels engaging with part and elastically joined with drum. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of working, improved quality of part due to lowered waviness and curvature of its surface. 2 cl, 4 dwg, 1 ex
