he system, as depicted in the figure 2, is composed of a roller 6 rotating around the axle 7 in a direction opposite to the fruit exit, via the drive mechanism 14 which, being in an elevated position between the two successively-positioned machines(the washing and the drying machine), propels smoothly the fruit from the first to the second machine and prevents them from crushing and falling on the ground from the interstitial space of said successive machines. The washing machine is composed of the rollers 8 rotating around their axle to brush fruits via the mechanism 12 in a direction opposite to the fruit exit. The drying machine is composed of the rollers 10 rotating around their axle to wring the fruit, via the mechanism 13, in the fruit exit direction. At the fruit exit, there is a drive mechanism 11 urging the rollers 10 to move and transport the fruit towards the exit. The transport movement of the rollers is transmitted, via the pair of gears 9 and the chain 15, to the rollers 8 in order to drive the fruit towards the exit of the first machine and, with the help of the roller 6, to smoothly propel the fruit toward the entrance of the second machine and therefrom to the final exit of the two-machine complex. |
