A machine, such as an engine or pump, which includes a cylinder (1), a piston (5) equipped with an eccentrically set shaft (11) set in bearing in the cylinder block, an operating-medium inlet port or valve (8), an outlet port or valve (9), and a lever device (7), which is mounted in bearings on shaft (6) and which is intended to be in essentially tight contact with the piston (5), so that the cylinder (1) forms an essentially cylindrical chamber for the rotary piston (5) and a partially cylindrical chamber for the lever device (7) that moves backwards and forwards, characterized in that the lever device (7) is mounted in bearings at one end of a shaft (6) which is essentially parallel to the shaft (11) and that the lever device (7) is intended to be in essentially tight contact with the surface of the piston (5) at the opposite end or near to it. 2. A machine according to Claim 1, characterized in that the piston (5) is cylindrical, with an essentially circular cross-section and sliding-collar bearings (13,14) on the area inside the working chamber. 3. A machine according to Claim 2, characterized in that the end of the lever device (7) farthest from the shaft (6) is intended to be against the piston (5) or the bearings (13,14) or that it is mounted in the bearings (13,14) or the sliding-collar bearings (16) around piston (5), using a hinge (15) or similar device. 4. A machine according to one of the above Claims, characterized in that the medium inlet channel or valve (8) is located in the wall of the chamber for the lever device (7) and the outlet channel or valve (9) is located on the opposite side of the lever device (7). 5. A machine according to Claim 1, characterized in that, in the chamber for the piston (5), there is a variable-volume working chamber (3) and that, in the chamber for lever device (7), there is a variable-volume working chamber (2) on the side with the medium's inlet port (8). 6. A machine according to one of the above Claims, characterized in that the machine also has a device (17) to bring thermal energy to the cylinder and transmitting it to the working chamber/s (2,3). 7. A machine according to Claim 6, characterized in that the device (17) has a channel to circulate the heating medium along it. 8. A machine according to one of the above Claims, characterized in that the machine comprises at least two machine units, in different work stages to each other. 9. A machine according to one of the above Claims, characterized in that the machine comprises at least three sequential machine units, if desired, at different work stages, so that the intention is to use the operating medium/s of the machine units in the sequential units in order one after the other and the units are possibly connected to the same shaft. 10. A machine according to Claim 1, characterized in that there is a bore in the lever device (7) essentially corresponding to the dimensions of the piston (5), so that the piston (5) is intended to enter the bore during each revolution, when the piston (5) and the lever device (7) are closest to each other. 11. A machine according to one of the above Claims, characterized in that the bearings (13,14) on the piston (5) and the possible bearing (16) are, when the piston (5) rotates in essentially tight contact with the walls of the bore for the piston (5). 12. A machine according to one of the above Claims, characterized in that it is equipped with a spring (10) that presses the lever device (7) against the piston (5) or the bearings (13,14,16). 13. A machine according to Claim 8 or 9, characterized in that in series-connected machines, the outlet channel (9) of one unit is connected to the inlet channel (28) of the next unit and/or the outlet channel of the channel (17) is connected to the inlet channel (18) of the next unit, when the outlet channel/s of the last unit in the series is, if desired, connected back to the inlet channel/s of the first unit. 14. A machine according to Claim 1, characterized in that the pressure surface-are of the lever device (7) is larger than the pressure surface area of the piston (5). 15. A machine according to one of the above Claims, characterized in that the operating-medium inlet port/channel (8) and its outlet port/channel (9) are located on different sides of the dividing wall with a moving position, formed by the lever device (7) and the piston (5).
