The caravan has two bed surfaces separated by a central gangway and with a cupboard (4) between them. An extension bed can fit between these surfaces. The extension bed (2) can be moved from a vertical position to a horizontal connecting position. The cupboard is coupled to the extension bed so that it passes below it when the extension bed is in use.
