ADJUSTABLE INTAKE GUIDE VANE ASSEMBLY OF COMPRESSOR OF GAS TURBINE ENGINE

FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed guide vane assembly is designed for use as devices for regulating and control changes of gas flow. Guide vane assembly contains rectangular flanges formed on trunnions of posts from side of compressor passage area. Flanges are fitted in mating rectangular slots which are made in inner ring and outer housing. Mating slots can be circular. Trunnions of posts are arranged in additional holes of outer housing and inner ring. The latter is provided with two vertical splits in planes passing along axis of posts of trunnions and flaps. Trunnions are fixed in outer housing by nuts located on outer surface of housing. EFFECT: improved accuracy of making, facilitated assembling, increased service life of guide vane assembly. 3 cl, 3 dwg
