MACHINE FOR SUBMERGENCE OF STEEL TUBULAR PILES IN PERMAFROST

FIELD: machines for construction of pile foundations and other structures in permafrost. SUBSTANCE: machine includes chassis with winches and extension supports, mast, rod and mast rotation, delivery and centering mechanisms mounted on mast. Rod rotation and delivery mechanisms are mounted in center portion of mast at height approximately equal to maximum length of piles being submerged; mounted in lower portion of mast is additional centering unit connected with mast by means of height adjusting mechanism in form of hydraulic cylinder; it is made in form of vertical rollers mounted for synchronous motion in plane perpendicular to axis of additional centering unit by means of chain drive gearing and motion screws, for example. Rod is provided with changeable device for connection of piles of different diameters; it is made in form of changeable bush with centering end-piece and key way for connection with keys secured on pile.
