METHOD FOR EXTERNAL DRAINAGE OF BILIARY DUCTS

FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: method deals with reconstructive-restorative operations. Dissector is introduced into choledochotomic opening. Anterior-lateral wall of biliary duct is protruded. Biliary duct's wall should be incised so to develop an opening being 1.5-2 mm less against diameter of T-shaped tube. The latter is put retrogradely through developed opening to enter main biliary vessel. The method provides simple, atraumatic drainage of biliary ducts. EFFECT: higher efficiency of external drainage. 3 dwg
