SUBSTANCE: article for resting is made in the form of cover, which may be converted into bag by folding longitudinal sides of cover with their reverse surface directed inside, laying said sides one onto another and leaving parts of detachable zipper fasteners on side folds of folded cover, folding end sides of cover inside to transverse folding line of cover, with following overfolding of cover along transverse fold line inside and fastening of zipper fasteners. Thus, multifunctional beach cover for resting may be converted into bag, with non-stitched end parts of closed contour of textile cord serving as bag handles.
