<p>A holder (1) suitable to form together with a horseshoe a hoof-shoe for a hoof of a horse has an upper and a lower portion (2,3). The lower portion (3) has a first surface (4) intended for mounting to a horseshoe, a first edge (5) and a second surface (6) intended to be placed onto a bottom side of a hoof. The upper portion (2) has a second edge (7) and a second surface (8) intended to be placed onto an outer surface of a hoof. The lower and upper portion (3,2) are interconnected and define an angle (9) with an angle apex (10). Said angle (9) corresponds substantially to an angle between the bottom side and the outer surface of the hoof. Said first edge (5) is located remote from the angle apex (10) and the lower portion (3) has one or a plurality of slits (11) extending from the first edge (5) to the angle apex (10). Furthermore, it is provided a hoof-shoe comprising a holder (1) according to the invention, a method and a set for producing such a shoe.</p> |
