The device consists of pref. two rails fastened to the boot floor, and several fasteners sliding and lockable in the rails. Each fastener (2) has a holder for detachable holding of a top element (4), e.g. buffer and/or hook and/or eye, etc. The top element can be fitted and removed at random. It has a round/ square coupling fitting into a complementary aperture in the holder. Two parallel rails (13,14) with undercut profile are set into the boot floor to be flush with it. Fasteners are connected to each other via tension straps (43).
