First tightening parts (2a and 2b) rising from a bottom plate part (1) fixed to a base plate are provided on a fitting structure (100), and connection parts (4a and 4b) are provided on these first tightening parts via first stress concentration points (3a and 3b). In addition, second tightening parts (6a and 6b) are provided on these connection parts via second stress concentration points (5a and 5b), and a fitting part (7) is provided between these second tightening parts. A fixing part (10) of a two−axis actuator is fitted to the fitting part (7). An objective lens in a reference state can be located at an arbitrary position by plastically deforming the stress concentration points, and the two−axis actuator can be easily and excellently fitted by a single member.
