FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has means for piercing tissues and hollow elongated casing having movable stopper for restricting piercing depth on external surface having connection member for excessive pressure source on non-working end and at least one lateral suction orifice near the working end. The means for piercing tissues is designed as sharp or rounded casing end piece connected to its working end as a whole. At least one suction orifice has oval shape of 3-5 mm in length. Its longitudinal axis is directed along the longitudinal axis of the elongated casing. Oval width is not greater than 0.9 times transverse size of the cavity. Bearing surface of movable stopper member is at least 1.5 as large as the external diameter of the elongated casing. EFFECT: improved tissue engagement properties of device casing. 3 cl, 2 dwg
