METHOD FOR MAKING ELASTIC MEMBERS OF WIRE MATERIAL

FIELD: plastic metal working, namely manufacture of elastic members of wire material. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of making blank by cross winding of helix onto mandrel in the form of conical core; subsequent pressing of blank by cold rolling of it between rollers. Pressing is realized by rolling around blank by means of cone rollers mounted with inclination angle relative to core axis and with possibility of adjusting inclination angle in two planes. Method is realized at using lowered number of rotating members of decreased mass. EFFECT: enhanced quality of ready parts. 1 dwg, 1 ex
