The textile material is moved up and down a guide rod (1) with its top and bottom ends held inside blind holes (2, 3) in upper and lower fasteners. One of the fasteners contains a blind groove (4, 5) for guiding the rod into the blind hole. The groove extends from the front side of the fastener to the hole and the bottom of this hole is below the bottom of the groove. The system is used for securing and guiding a textile window decoration to a window frame, wall, floor or ceiling.
