<p>This invention relates to a process for tea tree product, more particularly to a process for tea flower, which is comprised: picking, dehydrating, steaming, drying, fast freezing and crushing. The said picking is conducted before or after tea flower being pollinated 2-3 days, and wooden or plastic hollow basket is used for tea flower picked, the picked tea flower is required to be classified immediately and then to be laid open; the said dehydrating is conducted by laying the flower on the bamboo-made mat or cement floor with the thickness of 2-5cm and turning the flower every 1 hr, the time of the dehydrating is not exceeding 10 hr and the most preferred is 6hr; then, the said steaming is conducted by employing steaming machine for tea producing directly and controlling the temperature of that within the range of 80°C to 100°C; the said drying is performed in several times, preferred in 3-4 times, the temperature of that is controlled within the range of 60 to 180°C, the thickness of the flower laid on the plate of dryer is 2-3cm, cooling is performed after each drying and the time of cooling is prolonged successively; the said fast freezing is performed for 20min at the temperature of -20°C to -40°C; after that the said crushing is performed in crusher immediately. The process of the invention is a natural process without any chemical reaction and chemical extracting, so that the natural nutrients and various active ingredients of the tea flower are maintained in maximum amount.</p> |
