<p>A method of calling PC customer terminal transmitting its number in the Media Gateway Control Protocol (MGCP) is disclosed, said method includes at least following steps: a) the calling PC customer terminal (PCC) transmits a reset process demand in which the terminal parameter includes the number and Internet Protocol (IP) address of the calling PCC to unique number (ONLY) service server in order to establish a connection to the ONLY sever; b) the ONLY server creates a connection to the calling PCC after the signalling interaction with it; c) after the connection between the ONLY server and the calling PCC has been established successfully, the ONLY server transmits a connection generating demand to the called PCC so as to establish a connection to the called PCC, the parameters in the connection generating demand include the calling number; d) the called PCC establishes a connection with the ONLY sever after the signalling interaction. This method not only satisfies the requirement that PC customer terminal should transmit its number when it wants to make a call, but also is easy and convenient to implement.</p> |
