PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reserve tank structure capable of facilitating a tank manufacturing operation and assuring and maintaining a tank airtightness. SOLUTION: In this hot and warm liquid circulating device 11, instead of separately forming both split bodies by casting as in a conventional hot and warm liquid circulating device, a tank body 15 can be formed by casting in the manufacturing process for a cast reserve tank 13. By this, the airtightness of the reserve tank 13 can be assured and maintained. The reserve tank 13 can be manufactured by installing a cover 38 having a through hole 42 on the casing opening part of the tank body 15 after forming the tank body 15 by casting. Thus, in the tank body 15, the size of the casing opening part can be formed larger than that of the tank outlet of the conventional reserve tank, and sand used in forming castings can be easily scraped from the inside of a liquid storage part 21 to the outside of the tank body 15.
