PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of switches, and to enhance operability. SOLUTION: Each operation knob in a switch display panel 2 is set to a function for operations of an air-conditioner and an audio equipment when an engine is operated, and the each operation knob is set to a ten key for a password input after an electric power source switch is turned off when a vehicle is stopped. The each operation knob is set to the ten key for the password input before the engine is started after the electric power source switch of the vehicle is turned on, and the each operation knob is set to the function for the operations of then air-conditioner and the audio equipment when an engine is started. Connection to a network system is controlled to be allowed when a password input by the ten key after the electric power source switch is turned off when the engine is stopped is consistent with a password input by the ten key before the next engine start.
